GERMANY

  • RETURNS: free within 21 days in Germany.
  • RETURN LABEL: provided via our returns portal.
  • NO PRINTER NEEDED: paperless return with QR code.

 

Generally, you have a 21-day right of withdrawal and can return ordered items within this period free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the return shipment. For standard returns, you do not need to include anything in your return parcel, as returns are identified in our warehouse via the shipping label of your order.

EXCHANGES

The fastest option is to place a new order and then return your original order to us. For returning your first order, you can create a free return label here. Once we receive your return, we will refund your original order. Your new order will also be shipped free of charge, so the exchange will not result in any additional costs for you.

CLAIMS

Is there something wrong with your item? Please send us a short email with a photo and we will be happy to help. In most cases we offer repairs or a replacement. For the return shipment we can usually provide you with a prepaid return label.

Claims are usually not sent to our warehouse, but directly to us. Therefore, please do not create a return label yourself. Instead, contact our team via email at hello@sorbasshoes.com. If the item needs to be returned, it helps us if you include a short note describing the defect.

For returns from Germany, you can easily create a return label through our returns portal and send your items back free of charge. Suitable returns may be forwarded directly to another customer without unnecessary detours.

Most products returned to us have only been tried on once and are still in perfect condition. These items are sent directly to the next customer, helping to reduce packaging waste and conserve resources. Option 2: Return at your own expense

You may also return items using another shipping method at your own cost. Please note that we do not accept unpaid shipments (cash on delivery) and cannot reimburse return shipping costs. In this case, we recommend choosing an insured shipping method with tracking.

For exchanges we provide a prepaid return label free of charge.
Your replacement order will also be shipped free of charge, so the exchange does not result in additional costs.

Returns from outside the EU (e.g. UK, Switzerland) may be subject to customs procedures. If a return is not clearly declared as such, additional charges can occur and the parcel may not be delivered to our warehouse. We recommend marking the shipment clearly as a return (e.g. “returned goods”) and ensuring that all required customs documents are completed. Please note that the return shipment and correct customs declaration are the responsibility of the sender.
